[01] Fees must be paid in full for the term when booking. Class allocations cannot be put on hold.

[02] Payment is charged from the first available class of the term. You cannot pay part fees, especially if you know you are going away.

[03] There are NO REFUNDS on booked classes.

[04] To be eligible for a make up you must ring minimum 24hrs in advance and notify us that you will be absent. Make ups will be given where available but are not a guaranteed thing.

[05] Make ups not given for, tired that day, forgot to come, if coach is away and child does not like a particular coach.

[06] For extended period of absence i.e. (Broken limbs, ear infection) classes will not be held, but credit will be given for remaining classes If you choose to take your child out. This does not include holidays. Doctors certificate required.

[07] Make ups can not be used as credit, are non transferable, are not refundable if missed, therefore if you miss your make up class you automatically forfeit it. Make up classes can not be carried over to the following term.

[08] Make-up card will be issued from office when checking in to do make-ups. You must have a make up card to enter a lesson. This is an OHS issue for TPSS.

[09] Parents are to get there cards clipped on arrival.

[10] Parents must stay for duration of swim lesson.

[11] Children G1 and above must be wearing caps & goggles.

[12] There is no free swimming.

[13] All children under 2 years of age are to wear water nappies.

[14] By paying fees you agree to all these terms.
